Summary
Barchester are recruiting a Home Services Advisor to join our prestigious brand new care home team in Bath. We are looking for a sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. This is your opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of a first-class care home. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community. Barchester are an industry-leading care provider, holding some of the best quality ratings of any large care home provider in the UK, with a clear focus on providing our residents with exceptional quality care.
Responsibilities
* Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
* Excellent communication skills
* Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
* Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
* Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance
Need to Do
* Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner
* Responsible for all sales activity for the home
* Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home
* Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements
* Respond to sales enquiries
* Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities
* Maintain a contacts database
Need to Have
* Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
* Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
* Be self-motivated and target driven
* Have interpersonal and professional qualities
* Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
* Full UK driving licence
