Job Description
The Role
We are partnered with a venture-backed MedTech startup developing cloud-enabled, data-driven medical imaging technologies for regulated clinical use. Operating at the intersection of engineering, clinical research, and regulatory delivery, the company is bringing novel technology through to market as a certified medical device.
They are seeking a proactive, technically literate Project Manager to act as a central enabler across engineering, regulatory, and clinical workstreams. The role balances strategy and execution - driving alignment, momentum, and delivery across a complex product roadmap. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, providing leadership with clear visibility on progress, risks, and dependencies in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and drive integrated project plans across software, hardware, regulatory, and clinical development
* Translate evolving requirements into clear milestones, priorities, and delivery plans
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure aligned execution
* Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively surface risks and trade-offs
* Support transition from prototype to regulated medical device, ensuring alignment with ISO 13485 and IEC 62304
* Promote disciplined documentation, traceability, and effective ways of working appropriate to a startup context
About You
You are a delivery-focused project manager with experience in MedTech or other regulated environments, comfortable working with ambiguity and enabling technical teams to perform at their best. You bring strong organisational and communication skills, a solid understanding of software and/or hardware development lifecycles, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a small, collaborative team.
Desirable: experience in medical imaging or complex device development, and familiarity with ISO 13485 and IEC 62304.
