INSIGHTS ANALYST (SOCIAL LISTENING)

THE COMPANY
Harnham is working with an established advertising agency whose clientele base span a range of industries. They are looking for an insight strategist to use data and insights to feed into the creative process. The role will be looking at a range of insights such as audience and category to provide strategies for their client’s campaigns.
THE ROLE
You will:
* Conducting social listening research for a range of brands
* Conducting social platform monitoring brand tacking and creative testing analysis to help brands optimise campaign performance
* Reporting on campaigns
* Conducting secondary data analysis
* Conducting quantitative and qualitative primary research including ethnography, moderating consumer workshops and online qualitative research.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will need to have:
* Working experience with social listening
* Some experience with qualitative and quantitative research
* Experience analysing social insights
INTERVIEW PROCESS
* 1st stage interview – 30 minutes with Hiring Manager
* 2nd stage – Hiring Manager+ team members will include a data presentation based on an insight brief they will give you before hand.
