Homeworking options available with up to 80% working from home and 20% from our Head Office in Stratford-upon-Avon About the roleWe are looking for a HR Governance & Vendor Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by supporting the effective delivery of key activities within our HR Division. Acting as the initial point of contact for vendor matters, you'll be central to ensuring our operations run smoothly, compliantly, and in line with both NFU Mutual’s policies and regulatory requirements. In this dynamic and varied role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the HR Division, supporting supplier relationships, tracking compliance, and maintaining key frameworks that underpin how we operate. You’ll take ownership of identifying and managing ongoing and emerging risks, producing insightful governance reports, and supporting the successful delivery of internal audits and regulatory reviews.About youYou're a highly organised and detail-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With strong coordination skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease, you bring structure and clarity to everything you do. You will have a good understanding of HR processes and regulatory requirements to support with compliance and best practice.
