Pay Rate
£17.67 - £21.31 per hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours
Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 16:30
Friday: 08:30 - 16:00

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary liaison between sales, logistics, purchasing and manufacturing teams
* Coordinate schedules and allocate resources to meet customer and client demand
* Compare incoming orders with raw material inventory and forecast supply requirements
* Integrate sales orders with the master production schedule
* Maintain and update distribution and production schedules
* Organise and manage forecasting meetings with sales, operations and project teams
* Create and distribute daily production schedules to relevant staff
* Monitor production output to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
* Collaborate with the Quality Coordinator to ensure product specifications meet expectations
* Track and communicate production progress and weekly project updates
* Prepare reports and recommend actions to optimise supply chain performance
* Maintain appropriate inventory levels and identify solutions to operational issues

✅ Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain planning, inventory management or a similar role
* Strong knowledge of production planning systems (MRP)
* Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisation, analytical and critical thinking abilities
* Thorough understanding of business operations and supply chain processes
