We're now looking for a highly experienced fencing professional to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft, has strong leadership skills, and is ready to play a key role in delivering exceptional results on a wide range of fencing projects.
About the Role
* Lead and work alongside a small, growing team on fencing projects.
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, on time and within budget.
* Liaise effectively with management, customers, and other contractors.
* Use company vehicles, trailers, and tools responsibly and ensure everything is kept clean, tidy, and secure.
* Resolve issues quickly and effectively, keeping projects on track and customers informed.
* Maintain strong health and safety standards on-site.
About You
* Minimum 3 years' hands-on fencing installation experience (domestic and commercial).
* Proven experience leading or supervising a small team.
* Passionate, reliable, and motivated with excellent time management skills.
* Strong communicator with the ability to build solid relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Able to problem-solve on-site and keep projects running smoothly.
* Full driving licence (essential).
* Sense of humour and a positive, team-focused attitude.
Essential Skills
* Experienced in a wide range of fencing types (timber, panel, post & rail, security, etc.).
* Ability to read and follow plans accurately.
* Management / leadership experience.
* Excellent customer-facing skills.

* CSCS card
* SSSTS / SMSTS
* First aid training
* Trailer licence
* Digger/Dumper tickets
