Description We are currently hiring for a professional, well presented Day Concierge to join the team on a modern and luxurious residential scheme based in East London.
Hours : Monday - Wedesday 8am-8pm
Salary : £30,000 per annum
Duties:
Deliver outstanding customer service to all residents and visitors
Provide a warm, professional welcome at all times
Anticipate and respond proactively to resident needs
Assist with general front-of-house duties including parcel management and key handling
Monitor CCTV and access control systems
Support with emergency procedures and ensure site safety protocols are followed
Act as a strong ambassador for the development and managing agent
About You:
Previous experience in concierge, reception, or front-of-house roles (residential or hospitality preferred)
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Well-presented, reliable, and proactive
Calm and decisive under pressure
Familiar with CCTV, access control, and basic security procedures
Knowledge of fire safety and first aid is advantageous
The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
