Preventative Maintenance Technician
SKF is a leading global supplier and a company that specializes in manufacturing bearings, seals, lubrication systems and related products & services.
SKF Clevedon designs, sales and manufactures self-lubricating spherical and bush bearings predominantly for the aerospace industry.
As a Preventative Maintenance Technician you will be servicing, repairing and improving on a wide range of production equipment – including CNC lathes, mills and grinding machines.
Main responsibilities
* Preventative maintenance servicing of manufacturing equipment
* Repair and support with repairs of equipment
* Review & update preventive maintenance programs
* Collaborate and plan to minimize disruption
Requirements:
* Technical education, as Level 3 Apprenticeship or T level
* Electrical qualification and able to demonstrate electrical safety
* Good problem solving skills
* Good communicatin skills and ability to work well in a team
* Interest in learning and developing new skills

Additional information
The location for this position will be based in Clevedon, UK. This is a local contract.
The position holder reports to the Maintenance & Tool Room Manager.
