Senior Support/Technical Services Administrator
Responsibilities include:
* General administration tasks
* Answering service queries for field service teams and customers
* Scheduling work for customers using client portals
* Booking and progress chasing of works
* Client liaison
* Managing the Quality System
* Effective diary management for field staff
* Proficient in Excel and confident in its use
* Ability to work independently without supervision
* Diverse communication skills with attention to detail
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively
