Customer Service Executive
Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive for our clients based in the Stoke-on-Trent area.
Main duties of this Customer Service Executive role:
* Working alongside the operational team to ensure the smooth running of the daily workload
* Adjust orders where needed
* Returns/refusal management
* Monitoring deliveries to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
* Responsible for continuous improvements as part of the customer service team
* Assisting customers with resolving of issues/disputes
* Monitoring the back orders
* Supporting with administrative duties
Skills required for this Customer Service Executive role:
* Experience within a customer service background is essential
* Have strong computer literacy
* Previous experience working within storage and fulfilment is essential
* Strong attention to detail
* The ability to identify issues, analyse situations and develop effective solutions
* Be flexible and adaptable to changes in procedures and customer requirements
Job Details of this Customer Service Executive role:
* Salary - £24,000
* Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00
* Location: Stoke-on-Trent
