About You: We are looking for a Store Manager for our DV8 Dungannon store. You should be passionate about customers, people, and products. Your leadership should inspire others, foster a positive working environment, and promote team spirit. Experience in retail is preferred, but relevant experience in other fields will also be considered. Excellent communication skills, team leadership, coaching abilities, and conflict management are essential.
About the Role: The safety of our team and customers is our top priority. You will work with the Area Manager to ensure successful store management. Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading and motivating your team to excel
2. Providing excellent customer service, achieving performance targets, and maintaining stock accuracy
3. Generating innovative ideas to drive store growth
4. Identifying opportunities and adding value to the brand
5. Ensuring store security by following procedures and managing keyholding
