The Role:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the varied needs of pupils.
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all children feel supported and motivated.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, offering constructive feedback to aid their learning journey.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum development and school improvement initiatives.
* Maintain effective communication with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and wellbeing.
* Uphold the school’s values and ethos, promoting a safe and respectful learning environment.
Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils, or a strong interest in working within this age group.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A genuine passion for education and commitment to pupil success.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to evolving educational practices.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
