What success looks like in this role:
1. Provides support for software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops and servers
2. Provides maintenance and support on legacy products
3. May Provides Support for Enterprise Products
4. Performs disk replacement on enterprise storage products
5. Installs and maintains PCs and associated software, networks, servers and peripherals
6. Supports network products from operational and maintenance perspectives Performs installs, moves, adds and changes as required
7. Tests and certifies PCs, networks, servers and client approved applications
8. Provides follow-up on problems or escalation
9. Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress
10. Insures customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction
11. Ensures client specific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system

You will be successful in this role if you have:
13. Suitable technical experience
14. A+ certification a plus
15. Specific Manufacturer certification as required. I, i.e. EMC, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Apple, Unisys. COMPTIA, and NETWORKPLUS

17. Troubleshooting software and hardware problems
18. Knowledgeable in servers, Microsoft/Linux/Unix applications, network protocol, internetworking, configuration, and possess advanced PC support capability.
19. Ability to test and certify PC, networks, servers and client /Unisys approved software applications and associated peripherals
20. Knowledge of client specific internal procedures and service delivery requirements Excellent analytical and client communication skills
21. Client and/or governmental clearance may be required
22. Microsoft Server Certified Professional Certification or suitable experience in server handling/break fix
23. Police or criminal background verification may be required
