ADMIN ASSISTANT
Salary: £22,500
Contract: Permanent
Location: Wythenshawe, on-site
Hours: Mon-Fri (35 hrs) (8am-4pm) or (9am-5pm)
Job Specification:
* Demonstrated experience in administrative roles with a focus on attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
* Proficiency in scanning documents, data entry, and managing both physical paperwork and digital files within internal systems.
* Excellent written communication skills for managing email correspondence with external partners such as lenders.
* Strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively.
* Familiarity with spreadsheet management, especially bulk responses, and proficiency with office software tools.
* A collaborative approach supporting team goals through effective cooperation at all levels.
* Willingness to participate in training sessions and share knowledge when new processes or systems are introduced.
* Experience supporting onboarding or mentoring new staff is desirable but not essential; enthusiasm for helping others is key.
* Reliable timekeeping and meeting targets, including quality check pass rates, with flexibility for overtime when necessary.
* Understanding of compliance requirements such as FCA guidelines is advantageous; full training can be provided.
