We're hiring in Ashford! Join our high-performing team covering clients and candidates across Kent and Essex, specialising in Driving, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Industrial recruitment.

What you'll be doing:
* 360 recruitment across temp and perm roles
* Winning new business through sales and lead generation
* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
* Managing and growing client accounts
* Working to and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
* Covering clients and roles across Kent and Essex
What we're looking for:
* Experience as a Recruitment Consultant (agency preferred)
* Strong business development and sales ability
* Sector experience in Driving, Manufacturing, Logistics or Industrial recruitment
* Excellent communication and account management skills
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
