Senior Business Analyst (BlackLine) – 6 Month Contract Location: Windsor (1 day/week onsite)Duration: 6 Months | Start: ASAPOverview Experienced Senior Business Analyst required to support finance transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on BlackLine.
This is for a finance systems ransformation including SAP, Blackline and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and management
* Support demand management and business case development
* Act as liaison between business and technical stakeholders
* Facilitate workshops and ensure alignment of business goals and solutions
* Work with Dev and QA/UAT teams to deliver requirements
* Manage traceability and support impact assessments
* Ensure best practices and standards are followed
Key Skills
* 6+ years’ Business Analyst experience
* Strong finance process knowledge (accounting, reconciliations, journals, transaction matching)
* BlackLine experience (essential)
* Experience with Agile, process mapping, and tools like Visio/ADO
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
