Munchkin Sports is a leading early-years and youth sports provider, introducing more than 4,000 children to sport every week.

About the Role
As Holiday Camp Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of one of our seasonal multi-sport camps during school breaks.
You will:
Lead a team of sports coaches and assistants
Create a safe, exciting and structured environment for groups of 4–11 year-olds
Ensure every child enjoys a brilliant camp experience — every single day
This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who has experience managing holiday camps, sports programmes, childcare settings or youth activity provision.
What You’ll Do
* Manage daily camp operations and schedules
* Lead morning briefings and allocate staff responsibilities
* Oversee delivery of fun, inclusive sports games and multi-activity sessions
* Support, guide and motivate coaching teams
* Build positive relationships with children, parents and partner venues
* Maintain outstanding safeguarding, behaviour and welfare standards
* Problem-solve calmly and confidently
* Ensure registers, sign-in/out systems and safety checks are completed
* Organise equipment and ensure venues are clean, tidy and well set up
* Represent Munchkin Sports professionally at all times
Who We’re Looking For
* Experience managing or supervising a children’s camp or activity programme
* Preferably experience working with primary-age children (3–11)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and parent engagement
* Confident decision-maker with a proactive attitude
* Reliable, organised and able to think on your feet
* Positive, enthusiastic and committed to delivering brilliant experiences
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
