Muckle Media, Scotlandâs first PR agency to achieve B-Corp status (a pledge to purpose beyond profit), has big plans for 2026.\n\nWe are looking for an assertive and adaptable Trainee Operations Support Executive to join our Operations team, supporting across HR, finance and systems to help our teams deliver our award winning, creative communications. \n\nIf you are a proactive and positive problem solver who likes being driven by data and bringing order and organisation then we want to hear from you. Youâll be hands on supporting with the running of the agency, coordinating team schedules, reviewing resourcing and supporting our systems. Youâll be helping to refine our processes and ensuring our administrative outputs are on point. Working closely with colleagues across all teams to make sure our people are supported and have the tools they need to thrive. You'll also provide support to our Edinburgh office, such as reviewing mail, setting up meeting rooms, assisting with events, providing runner services as needed (e.g. sourcing props for pitches!) and ensuring we have a tidy and functional office space. We are flexible in entry requirements with this trainee position and will consider applications for graduate apprentice candidates (we'd support this type of candidate through a 4 year paid graduate apprenticeship business management degree on a weekly day release basis, at Edinburgh Napier University or an alternative depending on candidate's location and would be open to school leavers with a mature outlook, returners and career changers) as well as 1 year traineeships for graduates or someone not looking to follow the graduate apprenticeship process. \n\nOur hybrid flexible working policy allows you to work where you want, with a mix of home working and access to our office hubs in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Forres and Inverness. \n\nOur benefits package includes a market-leading holiday allowance, a four-day week, and each of our offices includes different perks, from free coffee to free beer.\n\nWe are an inclusive team and would particularly like to hear from those under-represented in the PR industry.\n\nThis role is paid at Real Living Wage for the first 12 months.
