Role and Responsibilities You will need to meet challenging targets in order to realise our growth within the Horticulture, Manufacturing and Hospitality industries. The role necessitates outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach and regular face-to-face meetings. You must be confident in these scenarios while respecting our reputation for high customer service. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and Service and our Marketing Manager to identify and respond to opportunities. Key requirements · Proven experience in new business development · Strong networking and relationship-building skills · Numerate with the ability to analyse data and report trends · Ability to work on their own initiative · Able to collaborate on lead generation campaigns with the Marketing Manager · Possess a full, clean UK driving licence Desirable · Experience within the energy industry · Established target industry network(s) with the ability to leverage this to accelerate business development Benefits Salary: Starting at £35,000 per annum depending on experience Commission: Uncapped commission structure Location: Hybrid: 2 days per week in our office in Welwyn Garden City Contract Terms: Full Time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).
