About the Role
PK Education is currently recruiting experienced and reliable School Administrators to work across a range of primary and secondary schools. This role is ideal for an organised, proactive individual who enjoys working in a busy educational environment and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a school.
Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to senior leaders and teaching staff
Managing reception duties, including welcoming visitors and handling enquiries
Maintaining accurate pupil records and data systems
Supporting attendance, admissions, and safeguarding procedures
Liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies
Handling correspondence, filing, and general office duties
Using school management systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or similar
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience working in a school or educational setting
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office
The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
A flexible and positive approach to work
