Profile
A successful Pharmacy Manager should have:
* A recognised pharmacy qualification and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* Pharmacist Manager position with responsibility for providing direction, structure, and renewed motivation to the team
* Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to support and guide the team.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced retail setting.
