This welcoming, bright, and child-oriented primary school in Swindon is currently recruiting a classroom assistant to support and promote classroom learning in Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers to start their careers in education and gain a solid understanding of the National Curriculum. As a classroom assistant, you will work alongside dedicated teachers to create a dynamic and effective learning environment that enables children to flourish and reach their full potential. The role is rewarding and varied, involving engaging with, supporting, and developing children's learning, assisting with the delivery of creative and well-planned lessons, and inspiring moments of discovery.
Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential. Relevant experience could include mentoring, coaching, tutoring, assisting in a nursery, childcare, or similar classroom settings. Experience supporting children with ASD, behavioral issues, or learning difficulties would be particularly beneficial.
