Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking for a part-time opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team at Infinity Innovations Ltd in Keighley.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering and managing incoming telephone calls
* Processing customer orders efficiently
* Arranging the swap out of faulty products and coordinating the collection of faulty units
* Booking freight and parcel companies for timely deliveries
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail
* Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but full training will be provided.
Working hours:
* Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM (Part-time) / 9:00am to 5:00pm (Full-time)
