SEN Teacher – East London
Location: East London
(Newham, Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Havering)
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting an experienced SEN Teacher to work in specialist and mainstream school settings across East London.
This role is suitable for a passionate, dedicated teacher with experience supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, SEMH, and complex learning needs.
Role responsibilities
* Planning and delivering inclusive, differentiated lessons
* Supporting pupils with a variety of SEN, including complex needs
* Working collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals
* Monitoring progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
Essential requirements
To be considered, you must:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be qualified to teach in England
* Have previous SEN teaching experience (specialist or mainstream)
* Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
* Be resilient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
