Fitzsimmons North West is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly disciplined SIA Door Supervisors to join our growing operations team.
This role requires individuals who can demonstrate integrity, reliability, and strong communication skills while maintaining a safe and controlled environment for clients, venues, and the public.
You’ll be representing a trusted security an provider committed to professional standards, safety, and respect — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
《 Key Responsibilities 》
■ Maintain safety, order, and professionalism at venues or events.
■ Monitor and control access to premises.
■ De-escalate conflict and manage incidents calmly and effectively.
■ Provide excellent customer service while ensuring security compliance.
■ Liaise professionally with venue management, colleagues, and emergency services.
《 Requirements 》
■ Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence – Essential
■ Minimum 1 year experience in security, door supervision, or public-facing safety roles (preferred)
■ High level of discipline, situational awareness, and professionalism
■ Confident communication and conflict-management skills
■ Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
