Job summary
Working within the Aftersales team at our Grantham Branch, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in a customer facing role. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Update customers regarding the progress of repairs.
* Manage incoming customer enquiries (via phone, email, face to face and live chat) and ensuring timely responses are provided.
* Maintain organised records of service activities and customer interactions.
* Create job card packs for the technicians.
* Schedule work into the workshop diary.
* Work within our CRM system to ensure records are kept up to date.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience
* Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage professionally with customers.
* A positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
Working hours
* Summer: Monday to Friday - 8.30am until 5.30pm, with one Saturday morning in three. (8.30am until 12.30pm).
* Winter: Monday to Friday - 8.30am until 5:00pm, with one Saturday morning in three (8.30am until 12.30pm).
