Fall Protection Engineer / Access & Safety Operative
Location: Field Based – Nationwide

You’ll be working across commercial buildings, high-rise developments and industrial sites — installing and maintaining systems that keep people safe when working at height.
What the role involves
This is hands-on, site-based work where no two days are the same.
You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of height safety systems, including:
* Fall arrest and life safety lines
* Eyebolts (fall restraint and abseil)
* Gantries and walkways
* Guardrails
* Fixed and portable ladders
* General lifting equipment
Alongside this, you’ll:
* Ensure all work meets British Standards and strict compliance requirements
* Identify and report any remedial or additional works
* Work across different sites nationwide, with occasional stays away
* Support other divisions when required
What you’ll need
* Experience working at height or within access / safety systems
* Confidence using tools and working in a hands‑on environment
* Good understanding of health & safety standards
* Full UK driving licence
