Customer Service Advisor
Location: Exeter, EX5
Job type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm
Salary: £25,750 per annum
Are you someone who thrive in a busy environment, enjoys problem solving and takes pride in delivering excellent service? Our client is looking for a proactive Customer Service Advisor to join their team and become a key point of contact for their retailers nationwide.
What you will be doing:
Speaking with retailers over the phone and supporting them with orders and queries
Processing orders received via email, phone and fax
Preparing order acknowledgements, invoices and general adminsiration
Working closely with warejhouse and distribution teams to ensure products are delivered on time
Applying correct discounts, charges and delivery costs
Resolving customer issues with professionalism and care
Keeping customer information updated in CRM system
Building strong relationships with retailers and internal departments
About you:
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Competent across Microsoft Office
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Previous telephone based customer service experience is desirable
Experience working in a fast paced setting is desirable
Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable
