The role:You'll be working with practice groups and key stakeholders to provide strategic financial insight, enabling data-driven decision-making. This role requires a proactive, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between finance and the broader business.The role: Strategic Partnering:Financial Analysis and ReportingBudgeting and Forecasting:Profitability Management:Stakeholder Communication:Compliance and Risk Management:Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and systems.Collaborate with IT and other teams to implement data-driven solutions and reporting tools.Essential:ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualification or equivalent.Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, ideally within a professional services environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
