About the role As Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of data, systems and processes within Roq’s Sales function, defining best practice and supporting the Sales Team across new and existing business. You will ideally have experience working with or amongst sales teams, with an understanding of the sales lifecycle and approaches. You will have an attention to detail and be a strong communicator, able to quickly build rapport with colleagues, Roq departments and 3rd parties; as well as be able to influence, question and put forward new ideas where appropriate. The key focus of this role is to drive, qualify and maintain the information and processes within the sales function, ensuring the data is focused on quality and accuracy, and that our processes are effective, efficient and fit for purpose. This will include reviews of our current systems, the updating and maintenance of key client documentation, and identifying opportunities for streamlining and process improvement. You will also work closely with our people assignment and delivery functions to ensure our sales data flows in a timely and accurate fashion, allowing them to respond quickly to any business requirements, changes or challenges within the delivery space. Role responsibilities Working in continuous partnership with the Sales and Delivery Teams to drive successful outcomes Maintaining the data and processes within the Sales function and ensuring adherence to them Coordinating and overseeing the usage and accuracy of Hubspot (CRM) information and other associated systems The generation, editing and reviewing of sales documentation, i.e. statements of work, contracts and terms of business, etc. Driving continuous improvement and implementing best practice across all areas of sales data, systems and processes Support Sales reporting through the creation and maintenance of scorecards, forecast reports, data analysis and visual data (graphs, charts, etc.) Support account planning sessions Support account management through the facilitation of value adds, client service and timely documentation Support account growth through the identification of new opportunities, contacts and support activities Supporting with bid management and proposals What we look for Skills and experience Previous exposure to a sales environment Highly organised – can manage multiple workstreams and effectively prioritise Excellent skill sets in influencing, communication and facilitation; successfully engaging with our internal Sales and Delivery Team Time management – working at pace, to a defined timetable and tight deadlines Excellent proof-reading skills and attention to detail – methodical and thorough, sustaining consistently high standards in a crucial role Team player – flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a small team with a broad range of responsibilities Desirable Previous experience of Hubspot Previous experience of Kimble Previous exposure to bid management, tenders, proposals, etc. Previous experience of technology consultancy and/or services business
