Permanent | £80,000 - £95,000 Car Allowance About the Role We're partnering with a global leader in sustainable design, engineering and consultancy to recruit an Associate Cost Consultant for their growing Life Sciences & Research Cost Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering world-class research, technology, and life science facilities for leading national and global clients. What You'll Do As an Associate Cost Consultant, you'll take ownership of complex and high-profile projects across the UK and Europe - particularly within the London-Oxford-Cambridge region. You'll provide expert Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services and lead teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing cost management teams to deliver best-in-class service Creating and managing project costings, budgets, and forecasts Managing multiple cost management assignments from inception to completion Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders Ensuring compliance with contracts, budgets, and company standards Providing technical advice and innovative cost solutions across a range of projects Driving digital transformation in cost management using tools like CostX, 5D BIM, and benchmarking platforms About You You're a motivated and technically skilled MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor who thrives on complex, fast-paced projects in the Research, Technology, and Life Sciences sectors. You combine deep cost expertise with strong leadership and client relationship skills.
