Responsibilities: Coordinate purchasing, materials planning, and production workflows. Manage order requirements: what needs to be built, ordered, and delivered on time. Use Unleashed for purchasing, stock control, BOMs and supplier management. Use Monday.com for job tracking and production scheduling. Work closely with production and technical teams on BOMs, pricing, and manufacturing readiness. Desirable skills: Strong planning and organisational ability. Good communication skills across multiple teams and departments. Confident working with systems, data and Microsoft Excel. Ability to problem solve and identify issues early. Attention to detail and accuracy when managing stock, BOMs, and supplier data. Personal qualities: Naturally organised, proactive and forward thinking. Able to work independently while collaborating with different teams. Enjoys structure, planning and keeping workflows running smoothly. Spots potential problems before they arise. Calm and methodical when managing multiple priorities. Entry requirements: 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above) Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
