The Role:
* Support students in developing their artistic skills and creativity.
* Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging art lessons.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils explore different mediums and techniques.
* Encourage confidence, self-expression, and originality in students work.
* Help set up art materials, exhibitions, and classroom displays.
We are looking for an Art Teaching Assistant who:
1. Holds a degree in Art, Fine Art, Design, or a related creative subject.
2. Has a genuine passion for art and education.
3. Is patient, supportive, and able to inspire creativity in young learners.
4. Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
