An established and fast-growing investment technology provider is seeking a high-performing EMEA Sales Director to drive new business growth across Europe, with a particular focus on wealth management, insurance, and brokerage clients. This role is based in London and offers a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of transforming how financial institutions engage with investment technology.

Key Responsibilities
* Own and lead the full sales cycle across key EMEA markets, focusing on Tier 1 and Tier 2 wealth managers, insurers, and brokerages.
* Develop and execute a commercial strategy aligned with regional growth goals.
* Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored, client-centric solutions.
* Build and manage strong senior relationships across new and existing accounts.
* Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, with a deep understanding of investment workflows and regulatory priorities.
Ideal Candidate
* 7–10+ years of enterprise sales experience within investment technology, SaaS, or wealth/insurance platforms.
* Strong network and success in selling into insurance companies, wealth managers, private banks, and broker networks.
* Deep understanding of front-to-back investment workflows.
* Background in brokerage or distribution channels is highly valuable.
* Native or fluent German language skills are strongly preferred.
* Motivated by new business development with a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets.
* Comfortable in a high-growth, collaborative environment.
