This role focuses on leading talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire top-tier talent across the business.
Responsibilities
* Own and lead the Talent Acquisition function for the UK market with a strategic approach to attracting, assessing, and onboarding senior candidates.
* Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce plans and translate them into recruiting initiatives.
* Develop and manage proactive talent pipelines for critical roles and high-growth functions.
* Improve time-to-fill and quality of hire through process optimization, employer branding, and stakeholder management.
* Implement scalable TA processes including screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding best practices.
What Success Looks Like
This is a leadership role with end-to-end ownership of the hiring lifecycle and building a high-performing TA function that supports growth.
* Strategy and execution: design and drive recruiting strategy aligned with business goals.
* Stakeholder collaboration: partner with leaders across functions to forecast hiring needs.
* Candidate experience: ensure a positive, efficient interview process and strong employer brand.
Qualifications
* Experience in talent acquisition leadership, ideally in tech-scaleups or similar environments.
* Proven track record of building proactive pipelines and hiring for growth roles.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Knowledge of UK recruitment market and compliance considerations.
