A leading fine-jewellery retailer in Hatton Garden is looking for a warm, confident, and client-focused Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and guide customers through meaningful, high-value purchases.
🔑 What You’ll Do:
* Welcome clients and create a memorable, supportive buying experience
* Provide tailored product recommendations across diamonds, designs & bespoke options
* Achieve sales targets and confidently close sales
* Build long-lasting client relationships through thoughtful follow-ups
* Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on trends
* Coordinate appointments, special orders & service queries for a seamless journey

* 1–2 years’ fine jewellery sales experience
* Strong diamond and craftsmanship knowledge
* A customer-first mindset with emotional intelligence
* Confident sales skills and ability to build rapport quickly
