About the Role
What You’ll Do
* Lead the execution of client engagements across all workstreams (eg manage client interactions, drive and coordinate required analysis, prepare and deliver client-ready reports and presentations)
* Draft client engagement proposals
* Manage and coach junior team members during execution and business development work, as well as through mentoring and training
* Support Partners with existing client and advisor relationships and start developing new ones independently and in conjunction with Partners. Including driving business development work and initiatives
* Help further drive the growth of Candesic through recruitment and knowledge development
What We’re Looking For
* 6 years of experience, including at a leading management consulting firm, with a proven track record in buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence, as well as in strategy projects, preferably in our core sectors
* Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with a high degree of comfort in data analysis
* Ability to create clear, actionable visualisations to support client and team decision-making
* Strong client relationship skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in engaging and leading client presentations
* Natural team player able to work effectively and collaboratively with everyone, regardless of position
* Proficiency in French, German, Spanish or Italian is preferable
