Middlemore are delighted to be working with an iconic financial services institution to hire a Head of Talent. The role will require someone to work on a part-time basis – ideally 4 days per week.
This is a newly created, senior leadership role with the mandate to integrate talent acquisition, learning and leadership development into a single strategy that drives organisational performance and cultural impact.
You will lead experienced teams across Talent Acquisition, Future Talent, Learning & Development, and Organisational Effectiveness (Performance and Leadership), working directly with senior leaders to:
* Build a future-ready talent strategy that attracts, develops and retains diverse talent
* Embed a 3-5 year organisational capability programme that transforms leadership development and performance culture
* Design modern learning, leadership and performance frameworks
* Use people analytics and AI-enabled insights to drive smarter workforce decisions
* Lead large-scale cultural and organisational change
Suitable candidates will bring significant experience across Talent, Organisational Development and Learning & Development with a track record of driving and embedding strategic and cultural change at scale in a highly regulated environment. You will be able to communicate in a pragmatic, clear and outcome-focused way and will have the emotional intelligence, resilience and the confidence to navigate complexity with diplomacy.
