Cumberland Council is looking for caring and motivated individuals to join our Adult Social Care team. As a Social Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in delivering strengths-based assessments, supporting safe hospital discharges, and helping people across the county access the care they need—whether short-term interventions or long-term support.
We're seeking candidates with a Level 3 qualification in Care (or equivalent experience), strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to person-centred care.
