The Opportunity As Finance Director, you will take full ownership of the finance function and play a key role in strengthening and modernising financial management across the group. You will: Deliver accurate, timely management accounts, forecasts and margin analysis to the MD and shareholders. Restructure, manage and develop a five-person finance team, building capability and accountability. Manage cash flow, controls and compliance in line with shareholder expectations. Provide clear, commercial insight that supports operational and strategic decision-making. Focus on what truly matters, ensuring key financial deliverables are met and that finance drives business performance, not just reports on it.This is an opportunity for a Finance Director who wants to take ownership of a capable team, bring focus and discipline to the finance function, and help drive performance across a growing, multi-division business. About You Fully qualified CIMA, ACA or ACCA. Proven experience at Finance Director or senior leadership level within manufacturing or a closely related industrial environment. Confident in delivering timely management information and ensuring robust financial control. Experienced in team leadership, with the confidence to restructure and develop capability where needed.
