What you’ll do:
* Partner with customer engagement, loyalty, legal, design, production, and more to see campaigns through to completion
* Lead and own creative work; always be working on ways to sharpen and elevate your craft
* Understand and appreciate the importance of strategy, and ensure copy delivers on the objectives of each brief
* You’ll peer review others’ work as needed
* You’ll work closely with project managers to ensure copy meets its deadlines, and will help prepare campaigns for production
* You'll manage stakeholder feedback and requests and proactively offer guidance on creative best practices
Who you are:
* Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications
* Experience writing for loyalty programs a huge plus
* Multi-faceted in developing creative assets across digital platforms and channels
* Highly developed strategic thinking and ability to deconstruct complex briefs
* Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
* Experience working with tools such as Smartsheet, Miro, Figma, Keynote, etc.
* Comfortable working independently under tight deadlines, but also collaboratively with other team members
* Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; you have a meticulous eye for detail, language, grammar, and tone
* You are as organized as you are creative and are comfortable navigating dense workflow processes
* You have an up-to-date portfolio of relevant work
