The role
You'll be a trusted first point of contact for line managers and employees covering the full employee lifecycle.
Employee relations (core focus)
1. Act as the first port of call for managers on all ER matters across absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance
2. Guide managers through absence trigger point processes - advising on what's included, what action is required and when
3. Manage long-term absence cases end-to-end, including capability procedures where necessary and coordination of occupational health referrals
