The successful candidate will join our Commercial and Estimating team and will ultimately be responsible for the overall financial management, control, and reporting of projects.

Key Responsibilities
Below is a summary of what broadly constitutes the cornerstone of this role’s responsibilities.
* Review project financials and prepare initial project cash flow.
* Analyse quotations from installation teams.
* Ensure that material and subcontract expenditure is in line with set budgets.
* Identify, price and accurately justify variations and changes to the scope of works.
* Prepare and submit monthly applications for payments.
* Agree final account promptly upon project completion.
* Resolve contractual and commercial issues.
* Manage and chase outstanding retentions in line with the sub-contract orders.
* Compile and submit fortnightly CVRs to management team.
* Prepare and manage up-to-date project accounts, keeping clients fully informed.
* Work closely with the project delivery team to maximise project profitability.
