Your new role
As the Accounts Payable Assistant, you will manage the accounts payable process, ensure timely payments of invoices, reconcile supplier statements, and maintain accurate financial records. You will also assist in month-end closing procedures and support the finance team with ad hoc tasks.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have:
* Proven experience in an accounts payable role, preferably within the public sector.
* Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office Suite.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
