What Youll Do
As a Shore Excursion Manager, youll take ownership of allocated regions and cruise line accounts, ensuring every aspect of service delivery is meticulously planned, executed and continuously improved. Working closely with Senior Shore Excursion Managers and colleagues across the business, you will:
1. Manage key cruise line accounts and nurture strong professional relationships both onboard and ashore.
2. Prepare and coordinate all contracted services, including shore excursions and ground handling.
3. Support the creation of bids and RFPs, contribute to new tour development, and assist with pricing negotiations.
