We’re working with a boutique property law firm in North East London who are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer with at least two years’ experience. This is a rare opportunity to join a practice that does things differently.

About the work
The role is focused on Commercial Property work, including:
* Landlord & tenant matters (drafting and negotiating leases)
* Commercial sales and purchases
* Development work
* Secured lending
About you
You’ll bring:
* At least two years’ commercial property experience
* Strong technical skills and confidence handling your own caseload
* A motivated, can-do attitude
* A preference for a friendly, collaborative environment over big-firm formality
