An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor at their office in Lincoln. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining my clients busy and growing highways maintenance business and delivering a key framework across more than 9,000km of carriageways. The work is fast paced and includes winter and reactive highways maintenance, grass verge maintenance, drainage clearing and more.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your duties will include:
* Review contract programmes
* Assist with any preparation relating to delay and disruption programmes
* Monitor all subcontract activities
* Analyse commercial progress across the project
* Work closely with stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring open communication between all parties
* Prepare internal reports relating to commercial progress
* Provide support and guidance to junior surveyors across the project
