Process Technologist
Multiple roles available (Permanent and FTC)

As a Process Technologist, you will work as part of a team supporting the production area providing a technical service. This will involve provision of a New Production Introduction, troubleshooting, working on technical projects & supply of technical data. Your role will span work undertaken in the production environment. All work must be conducted in compliance with specified GMP and EHS standards.
In this role you will…
Process Design, Development and Improvement: Design and develop manufacturing processes for new products and optimise existing processes to improve efficiency and quality in line with regulatory requirements. Identify and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to increase productivity and reduce waste. Process Validation: Input into the specification for new process technologies to enhance production capabilities. Work with R&D and global functions for the tech transfer and validation of processes. Project Delivery: Be able to manage a number of priorities and work in an agile way to deliver project milestones. Operational Support: Diagnose and resolve process-related issues using root cause analysis (RCA) techniques to minimise downtime and ensuring smooth production operations. Collect and analyse process data to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making. Quality Compliance: Lead or assist in FMEAs, risk assessments, deviations, change controls, and corrective and preventive action closures. Safety Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
* Bachelors/Masters/PHD degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or another related field.
* Technical or industry experience within pharmaceuticals or biotechnologies.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
* Familiarity with cGMP, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
* Strong project management and self-organisation skills.
