Health Care Assistant
Job Summary
Support people in their own homes across Derbyshire, providing compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with mobility, use of aids, and personal equipment for service users.
* Perform domestic tasks such as bed making, cleaning, laundry, and emptying commodes.
* Provide personal care including washing, bathing, and toileting arrangements.
* Prepare meals, snacks, and drinks, supporting eating and drinking.
* Support medication administration.
* Contribute to end‑of‑life care where required.
Requirements
* Right to work in the UK.
* Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Demonstrate compassion, effective communication, problem‑solving skills, and commitment to high‑quality, respectful care.
