What we’re looking for:
You’ll bring significant experience in Product Operations or Product Management within a scaled digital organisation, with a deep understanding of modern product practices such as discovery, experimentation, and outcome-driven roadmaps.
You’ll have experience designing and implementing product operating models, alongside a strong track record of improving processes, tooling, and team effectiveness. You’re comfortable working with ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving change across organisations.
You’ll also have strong analytical skills, experience working with product tooling ecosystems (including AI-enabled tools), and the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable insight. Excellent communication skills and experience driving adoption of new ways of working are essential.
Why Compare the Market?
